Our Network

ROC-net's infrastructure consists of several elements. The basic backbone consists of a carrier class fiber optic backbone network. This will provide for 32 2.7 Gbps lamdas of transport. In areas where it is not feasible or viable to provide a fiber backbone infrastructure or if the location does not warrant that amount of capacity, a backbone transport or spur can be implemented via carrier class microwave technology. Roc-net's architecture will be made up of elements of ROC-net products called Lamda Ring, Lamda Link, and Transwave.
